How to prepare:

50ml Blackwoods Navy Strength 
1 tsp dry vermouth
Lemon zest to garnish 

Pour the vermouth into a mixing glass with ice. Stir until the ice is coated, then discard the vermouth, retaining the ice. Add the gin and stir until the outside of the glass is very cold, then taste to check the dilution. Strain the martini into the chilled glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
