Our Vintage Gin is made using hand-selected botanicals from Scotland's best seasonal crops — kelp, water mint and bright, citrusy sea buckthorn from the Scottish coast, distilled alongside fresh grapefruit, lime, fennel and black pepper. Juniper-forward and classically dry, with a fresh citrus character and a hint of warmth. Best enjoyed over ice with premium tonic and a generous wedge of pink grapefruit.

High strength means it holds its own through ice dilution, citrus and complex mixers without losing its character — exactly what a serious cocktail gin should do.
