Blackwoods Gin Returns Policy
At Blackwoods Gin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We take care to package our products securely, but if something isn’t right, we’ll put it right.
1. When We Accept Returns
We will offer a refund or replacement where products are:

Incorrectly supplied
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.
2. How to Report an Issue

Please contact us at hello@blackwoodsgin.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and (where possible) photo evidence.

To help us resolve issues quickly, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

If you discover a fault later, please still contact us as you may be entitled to a remedy under consumer law.
3. What Happens Next

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange either a replacement bottle or a refund to your original payment method.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the affected item to us for inspection.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. You are entitled to a remedy if products are faulty, damaged, or not as described, even if you notify us outside of the 24-hour window.
