Blackwoods First Drop Gin

Celebrating the first liquid to be distilled at Blackwoods' new brand home on our Scottish-made copper pot still.

Blackwoods First Drop has been distilled in the traditional one-shot method, with nothing but water added at bottling. 

Limited edition, only 1,500 numbered bottles are available. 

Tasting notes:

Mineral and peppery on the nose at first, with a slight hint of brine.

On the palate, the First Drop is full of oily juniper and bright citrus with a savoury, coastal finish.

A full mouthfeel and richer flavour, this would shine in a classic martini.
